Use the following guidelines to print and assemble your Party Package.

Items You'll Need:
  • A printer with full ink cartridges, or access to a local print shop (we suggest Office Max, Office Depot, Kinkos, etc.)
  • Cardstock (weight depends on item you are assembling)
  • Scissors and/or Paper Cutter
  • Scoring Tool (if using folded cards)
  • 2in Scalloped or Circle Hole Punch (like this)
  • Lollipop Sticks
  • Long Candy Sticks
  • Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
  • Regular Hole Punch
  • Coordinating Ribbon
  • Full Sheet Label Paper (if using stickers or address labels)

Invitations: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock (we use 100lb). Cut using scissors or a paper cutter and send.

Thank You Cards: If you purchased a file formatted for a folding thank you card, we recommend printing on paper no heavier than 80lb for easier folding. Use a scoring tool to score before folding for a clean finish. For flat thank you cards, we recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter and send.

Cupcake Toppers: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock (we use 100lb). Cupcake toppers are designed for use with a 2 inch scalloped or circle hole punch (we use this one). Print, punch out, and glue to the end of a lollipop stick (found at your local craft store). We recommend using a smaller circle punch to punch out white circles from a plain piece of paper and glue on the back of your toppers for a clean, finished look. These can also be printed on full-sheet label paper and punched out for use as stickers, or punch a hole in the top and bottom and attach them to straws.

Party Favor Tags: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter. Punch a hole in the corner and use ribbon to attach to your favors.

8 in Decorative Party Circle: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors. To use as a centerpiece, glue to a long candy stick (found at your local craft store). Print a second copy and glue to the back for a double-sided centerpiece. To use as hanging decoration, punch a hole in the top and use ribbon to hang from doors, walls, etc.

Cupcake Wrappers: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors, tape or glue both ends together and place cupcake inside. If the wrapper is too tall, trim the top off using scissors.

Food/Snack Labels: As "tents": We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter and fold (score first for a cleaner fold). Place in front of food dishes or use as place settings. As stickers: Print on full-sheet label paper, cut using scissors or a paper cutter and adhere to cups, party favors, use as nametags, etc.!

Water Bottle Wrappers: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock or full-sheet label paper if you prefer stickers. Water-proof paper is even better, but not essential! Cut using scissors or a paper cutter. Wrap around water bottles and tape closed for paper, or stick around the bottle if using label paper.

Decorative Papers: Use these papers in whatever way you'd like! Some ideas include:
  • Wrap them in cones and using them as snack holders.
  • Wrap in cones and fill with crinkle paper then add the 8in decorative circle (on a long candy stick) inside and use as a centerpiece.
  • Cut and glue to the back of other items for additional flair and a 3-D look.

Banners: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter.

For Pennant-Flag or Square Banners:
Using a razor blade or exacto-knife, cut a vertical slit into the upper corners of each flag/square that is slightly larger than the width of the ribbon you will be using. Slide each flag/square onto the ribbon, leaving enough space at each end for hanging.

For Circle Banners:
Punch holes at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock on each circle. Attach each circle using coordinating ribbon or tulle, tying knots or bows.

Return Address Labels: Print on full sheet label paper. Return address labels are designed for use with a 2 inch scalloped or circle hole punch (we use this one). Print, punch out, peel of paper backing and adhere to envelope.

Party Hats: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter. Wrap into a cone/hat shape and tape or staple closed. Punch holes on either side at the bottom of the hat and tie long pieces ribbon to each side. Place on the child's head and tie the two pieces of ribbon together around his or her chin. Cut ribbon to size if needed.

Welcome Sign: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors. To use as hanging decoration, punch a hole in the top and use ribbon to hang from doors, walls, etc.

5.5in Decorative Party Circle: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors. To use as a centerpiece, glue to a long candy stick (found at your local craft store). Print a second copy and glue to the back for a double-sided centerpiece. To use as hanging decoration, punch a hole in the top and use ribbon to hang from doors, walls, etc.

Napkin Wraps: We recommend printing on 65lb or heavier white cardstock. Cut using scissors or a paper cutter. Place over napkin and fold outer edges underneath.
